the Domestic & General Independent Customer Service Survey. And when you consider
this survey is to an audience of over 450,000 customers, it's quite a performance
even by our own high standards. We have invested £2.5 million into the service we
offer and this means that we now have 300 customer service staff on hand to answer
your calls and queries, 363 days a year.
Stoves Customer Care lines are open Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturday 8:30am

Should you require information or advice prior to purchasing your chosen Stoves
appliance, please call our Product Information Helpline on 0844 24 84 149 (Calls
to this number will be charged at 10p per minute from BT landlines. Charges from
other providers and mobiles may vary). Our staff can give you information on our
whole product range.
Once you have confirmed your order, GDHA will send a letter of acknowledgment 1
day after and then follow up with a call from our dedicated Home Delivery Administration
Team to confirm a convenient delivery date subject to stock availability.
